Enneagram coaching can broaden the strengths and minimize the blind spots in one’s personality style. When we engage in the psycho-spiritual work of the Enneagram, that work initiates a developmental pathway out through our styles of being in the world; past fears, habits, and image; and into true progress. Dr. Ronna Phifer-Ritchie educates and supports leaders, professional helpers, and parents in fully entering their life’s calling and in being the powerfully good influence they are meant to be on their professional and personal circles.

Enneagram Work Group Consultations:

Enneagram-based group consultations can accelerate personality style awareness and enhancement in members of teams and organizations.  Ronna Phifer-Ritchie, PhD is a graduate of the Lapid-Bogda Enneagram in Business Train-the-Trainers Program through John F. Kennedy University.  Ronna designs trainings that use humor and experiential learning to introduce Enneagram personality perspectives and practices that optimize work group environments and improve work group production.

A 10-week, in-depth, group coaching series for maximizing the strengths and minimizing the blind spots of the Nine Types within us all. A great place to practice the kind of Presence that helps us "work and play well with others!!"
